Leuterio Thomas LLC (LTSE), has been in business since 2000. During that period LTSE has completed over three hundred projects from small residential additions to the North Branch Correctional Institution, a $50 million project for the State of Maryland. LTSE’s experience allows it to design a wide range of projects from state and federal to commercial.  An Engineering and Facilities Company focused on developing quality solutions for architects, engineers, contractors and building  owners.  LTSE’s services primarily focus on providing structural engineering consulting services.  While a small consulting business, the founder and President, Hedy Leuterio Thomas has over twenty five years of experience in the A/E profession.  She combines an architectural  degree with a Masters in Engineering from Catholic Univ. specializing in Structural Engineering. Hedy is a Professional Engineer, holding registrations in eight states and the District of Columbia. 
LTSE is a Woman Owned Minority Small Business that received SBA 8(a) certification in 2003. She is certified as a Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and has MBE/DBE certification with MDOT and WMATA. LTSE is a registered participant with the National Harbor LBE/MBE Program.

HEDY LEUTERIO THOMAS PE
A structural engineer with twenty five years experience in the engineering and architecture disciplines.  Hedy brings together architectural and engineering skills to the project with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s in structural engineering.  She has worked on a wide range of projects from high-rise office buildings to historic renovations.  She has designed for steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures.  She has taken projects from concept design through to construction site administration.  Her organizational skills combined with attention to detail have led her peers to appreciate her as a valued project manager that meets commitments. She has extensive experience in the field of correctional facilities where she is currently completing NBCI for the State of Maryland but has also worked on Wallen's Ridge and Red Onion facilities in Virginia.  She has worked on transportation facilities for WMATA and the design of airport terminals.  She has worked on facilities for higher education and for K-12 Schools.  She has worked on renovations for historical facilities as well as commercial additions.  She has completed design projects in the USA, Russian and South  Korea. Through her understanding of architecture she is able to bring effective structural solutions to any creative architectural design.

 

GRAHAM LANE THOMAS, AIA, IFMA
A registered architect with over twenty five years of experience in the USA A/E/C industry ranging from a senior designer with Sasaki Associates to a consultant for facilities asset management and information technology for Federal, State and commercial organizations.  He has led integrated teams for a wide range of projects including the development of Real Property Asset Management Plans for the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration to support for the implementation of maintenance management practices for the Smithsonian, the Library of Congress, Senate & House Office Buildings and the US Capitol.
  He has provided support for the GSA’s Office of Governmentwide Policy Federal Real Property Profile database tracking 1,300,000 assets for all the federal agencies. He has served on the Blue ribbon panel reporting to the Secretary of the Navy, Gordun England for a review of all Navy/Marine Shore Facilities and received the Superior Public Service Award from Department of Navy Medal.  He has been nominated for a Smithsonian/Computerworld award for the innovative use of technology and has lectured extensively on asset management, condition assessment and capital planning for real property recently on Asset Management Best Practices at World Workplace in Philadelphia, October 2005 and at the International Facilities Management Summit, San Antonio, Texas, March 2006
